At the heart of the identity is a stylised "W" inspired by the silhouette of the Willet bird, symbolising elevated perspective, agility, and grace. The form is structured and open, reflecting both stability and forward motion. It serves as both a literal and conceptual bridge between Willet’s name and their vision for talent discovery.
Paired with a contemporary wordmark, the logo system is designed to scale across platforms—from digital profiles to corporate decks. The modular layout supports multiple lockups, ensuring flexibility without compromising recognition.
Willet’s primary brand colour, Ultramarine Blue, signals trust, clarity, and modernity. It's supported by a sophisticated palette of Hexachrome Black, Pure White, and accents of Light Grey and Blue Charcoal, giving the brand a confident yet understated tone.
